Sri Dattatreya Bapurao (alias Dattopant) Thengadi (born November 20, 1920) is recognized by scholars as philosopher and visionary.
This is based on a speech delivered by Shri Dattopant Thengadi, an eminent thinker and prominent labour leader, at a seminar organised by Bharat Vikas Parishad, New Delhi, on August 13, 1983.
