Sri Sobhanachalaswamy temple is built at the top of 1, amidst picturesque surroundings.
From the bottom hill, they’re are regular and well-built steps going up Lord Siva is said to have incarnated himself as Malleswara swamy at a flat portion on the top of the hill.
Lord Vishnu is said to have incarnated him self in a cave on of the hill, as Sri Vyaghra Nrisimha otherwise called Sobhanachala- swamy.
There are the temples of the Goddess Rajyalakshmi and temples dedicated to all the Alwars or the Vaishnavite devotees. Down to the temples:
Sobhanachalaswamy there is a temple of Sri Venkatachalaswamy also here. There is another temple to Sri Venugopalaswamy here.
Behind the big gopuram at the bottom of the hill, there are
a group of hills called the Diguva Tirumala of Sri Swamivaru.
