Introduction
Dharmapuri is one of the oldest villages in Andhra Pradesh situated in Karimnagar District of the Telengana region. This is situated (in the western bank (Right Bank) of the sacred river Godavari that flows here southwards forming a natural boundary between Karimnagar and Adilabad districts. Dharmapuri is situated in the Jagtial Taluk of Karimnagar District and is about 30 miles from Jagtial town.
