1) Apadam apahartaram
dataram sarva sampadam

Lokabhiramam Sri Ramam
bhuyo bhuyo namamyaham

Prostrations again and again to Sri Rama who dispels dangers; endows all good fortune; and beloved of the Universe.

2) Arthanam arthi hantharam
bheethanam bheethi nasanam

Dwishadam kala dandam tam Ramachandram namamyaham

I prostrate before Sri Rama

Who is the healer of the distressed; remover of all fears and who spells death unto the foes.
