| The robbers were
harassed by the King’s men. At his command, they went out in search of Kaladutaka.
Lord Vaikunthanatha taking pity on the robber, disguised himself as Kaladutaka and
surrendered before them. When the King saw the robber he was very much impressed by his
appearance and asked him, "Why can’t you turn a new leaf and live a happy and
dignified life?. " There upon Lord Vishnu
Vaikunthanatha gave darsan to the King, who repented very much for all his sins and vices
and became a good and popular ruler. A big temple was constructed for Lord Vaikunthanatha
and all the necessary
arrangements were made by the King for conducting important festivals in the temple.
