The following
twelve names of the Lord should there after be uttered, touching each limb of the body
with the particular finger mentioned below. This signifies that all the senses are
dedicated to the service of God.
When the senses-are made introspective instead of going outwards to the external objects,
the natural bliss of the soul will be manifested. The names are: -
Kesava/ Narayana/ Madhava/ Govinda/ Vishnu/ Madhusoodhana/ Trivikrama / Vamana / Sridhara
