UJJAIN TEMPLE - REOFFERING OF THE OFFERED OBJECTS

In this temple there are some more awesome traditions observed for santanaprapti etc and they are very queer. But the beliefs and benefits emerged from concrete cases make the people willingly put them in practice for reaping benefits. There is a strange belief, that the barren couple. if imprint the letter 'Om'  with cow dung on the Siddhavat tree, they be blessed with children. Another belief that the Sivalinga installed here called Anadikapileswar is slowly going down into the earth and has gone six inches since its inception. It is its uniqueness and there is divinity pervading by this oddity and hence pilgrims bound for Badarinath visit this kshetra, to offer prayers first and then proceed for full merit and absolute auspicious journey. ,They offer pindas also here.
