Vasavamba's
elegant exterior mirroring her intrinsic loveliness of character ignited
veneration in the minds of the viewers and radiated affection and dignity. She
was a paragon of virtue and standing specimen of womanly forbearance and
commendable purity. And was intensely spiritual and infinitely
humanitarian.
A
greater part of her day was devoted to daiva kainkarya programmes and
congregational activities; for, she was taught by her venerable guru, craving
for wordily prosperity leads but to misery, as it is ephemeral only. The entire
bevy of maidens of the flourishing city was swarming round her like honey bees.
Day in and day out. Drawn by her dedication to the study of scriptures,
centering round womanly activities, particularly paativratya and its
interpretation, they were moving and emulating her to be like her shadow.
