Bhaskaracharya
sagaciously wound up the argument passing his verdict in favour of
Kusuma Sreshti and applauded his stand. Listening to it, the
minister Vijayasimha left the hall threatening the Assembly with
flaming eyes in reverberating tone, that sure Vasavamba would be
wedded with force and none could stop it.
He would see to it and
lend all support to the emperor. When he made his exit, as many as
612 gotrikas followed him approving his opinion; yet Kusuma Sreshti
remained unperturbed, though found crest-fallen.
