Delhi
- the capital of Indian Union, and one of the premier cosmopolitan cities
standing on par with the world famous capital cities enshrines hundreds of
places of worship for almost all religions and their varied sects representing
every shade of dogmatism, as it were. And each has its votaries participating in
activities some regularly and others rarely. Among the Hindu temples, the
Lakshminarayan temple claims priority in attracting bhaktas of both foreign and
Indian. The number of Sakti temples are many and among them, two merit mention
due to spiritual glory hovering over them since their inception and renovations
carried on from time to time.
