KEDARMANDAL - DURGA DEVI MANDIR

This place of Mother Durga was the rest while capital of Banasura, and it is now called Vamasu. The speciality of this temple is during the Kumbha Mela festival celebrated once in 12 years at Prayag, it witnesses heavy rush for darsan and people celebrate several ritualistic worship to Mother for worldly advancement. Even during the Ardha Kumbha mela two thousands congregate to participate in holy prayers. It also enjoys endowments for its maintenance.
