SRISAILAM - SAKSHI GANAPATHI AALAYAM

This modest sized shrine lying at a distance of 2.5 km off Sri Mallikarjunaswamy temple - the main temple of Srisailam has a biz .are legend that wrings awe-some veneration by every visitor. As the name suggests, he is seeing unseen every action of the visitors, despite made of stone for a purpose lofty and consequences mighty. He witnesses every movement of the adorers, and gauges their past activities in their entirety with commissions and omissions, whether done willfully or accidentally, to meeting out punishments. Though it is an onerous task, he does it with utmost objectivity for the benefit of the worshippers.
