The temple is like an oasis that quenches the spiritual thirst of the parched throats of theists without distinctions of caste, creed, race, religion etc., Further, it is the duty of the rulers to respect the religious sentiments and that alone heightens their glory and wins public loyalty. So leave it as it is". The explanation and presentation of-solicitation was so convincing that Munro felt that his duty conscience and impartial verdict should benefit the parties involved, and so he immediately quashed the proposal for resumption. 

And wrote a long note to his boss that the petitioner's request was just. He narrated all that went between them - him and the Acharya to the people gathered there and showed the Akshatas he recieved from him. The listening people bent down their heads all at once and praised him for the fortune of seeing the Acharya, who entered Brindavan some centuries back and who never blessed them with his drasan even in dream.
