DIVYA TIRUPATHIS

Tirupaakadal - Vyuhamurti Temple

This is the extreme end of Meruparvatha going by the names of Ksheetabdhi and Ksheerasamudra. The prevalent belief is that only the highly evolved souls such as Maharshis, saint-seers, Yogipungavas alone could visit this holy kshetra with a difference. They visit with their invisible bodies and offer prayers to the invisible Lord said to be abiding in His Vyuha form. Neither angels, nor humans of an sect can visit this with their mortal bodies. It is believed that Lord Srimannarayana tools His birth here and also it is here the Ksheerasagara madhana took place. Only the highest divinities, like Ksheerabdhinath, Samudratanaya lakshmi, Brahma, Rudra etc. alone have availed the darsan of the Vyuhamurti Mahavishnu. Despite the absence of humans and facilities for conveyance almost all the Alwars like Paey, Poigai, Tirumalisai, Kulasekhar, Pudhathal, Andal, Peria Alwar, Nantmalwar visited this holiest of holies and offered Mangalasasanams extolling the glory-of the Vyuhamurti Mahavishnu.

As mortals are denied darsan with their physical eyes, would the information about route and conveyance facilities are necessary?
