After entering the
Simhadwaram of the temple, there is a Hanuman Temple on the right side. Exactly beneath
the Hanuman image, there is a horizontal rock gap of about 10 inches width and about
60-sq. ft. in area. This horizontal narrow cave is said to be the spot where the Lord
manifested himself in his Swarupa of Lord Narasimha as Gandhabherunda, one of the three
Narasimhas who appeared before Yadavas. The oil lamp always kept here is still burning.
Indicating the importance of the site.
