Dindi (Dindi).
. A group or party of bhajan singers accompanying the palanquins to Pandharpur.
Dipmala (Dipmala). . A column from which several brackets project to carry lamps.
Dwadashi (Dwadsi). . The Twelfth Day of every fortnight.
Dwarapala (Dwarapala). . A door keeper.
Ekadashi (Ekadashi). . The eleventh day of every fortnight. It is important to the Varkari
sect and they observe a fast on each Ekadashi.
Ekadashini (Ekadasini). . A religious rite wherein abhisheka is performed on a Shiva ling
eleven times, the Rudra Samhita being recited along with each abhisheka.
Gada (Gada). . A mace.
Gana (Gana). . A follower of Shiva.Gandharva
