Hindu Religion is a veritable ocean. To understand it is very difficult, much less, to fathom. In capsule from, if religion could be presented as sweet capsules, is it not a matter of adoration and approbation? Professor K. K. Moorty has given Hindu Ethos in capsules thereby elevating himself to a higher plane of thinking and drawing others also up to that level. If murdane things do not attract him as themes of his songs, it is no wonder.

Humanism atop the temple tower is something to marvel at. If Ramanuja is a phenomenon, the poet singing about him is no parrot! Altruism at its glory brings out the best in the author. When he encircles Tamil Nadu, the great Kovilnadu; with a hallow. The price of the parched rice teaches as the glory of Krishna's love and kindness. The adoration of the women is rounded off as 'womanhood to the point holiest'.

I heartily congratulate the poet for his great talent and the excellent treatment of each topic. The style is suave and sublime. May he achieve greater heights in the realm of poetry and bring out the best of Hindu philosophy. May many more good works flow from his facile pen.

(sd.) JUSTICE S. Mohan
