CONVEYANCE

This holy mokshapuri lies in Sri Kalahasti, one of the pilgrim towns in Chittoor district of Andhra Pradesh and it is the taluq head quarters town itself. Hence four wheelers run by APSRTC and Private Companies link it from several nearby towns, like Nayudupet, Nellore, Vijayawada, Madras, Tirupathi etc., Taxis are available from Tirupathi round the clock. It is a rail-head on Tirupathi - Vijayawada broad guage line of Southern Railway and almost all Express trains halt invariably, being a famous pilgrim town. The nearest Air port is Tirupathi, about 12 km off Tirupathi town, having bus facility to Renigunta Railway Junction, from where every place is connected by every type of transport.
