There are several thirthas in and around the temple and their origin is associted with divinities. Among them Kama thirtha and Amkush thirtha are very important. There are some other thirthas like Kapil thirtha, ' Vyasa thirtha, Bhima thirtha, kishi thirtha, Prakrit-Purusha thirtha, Siddhi-Buddhi thirtha, Lak·haMushaka thirtha, Ganesh thirtha etc.
