Strange
it sounds that in the primeval times, here in this region a ferocious tiger and a poisonous
serpent enjoyed cohabitation and lived always in bliss.
It lies at the foot of the hill called Kumara Parvatha, and once it was a
very famous pilgrim town teaming with millions, and boasted of having one
lakh houses.
