MADHURANTHAKAM - ERIKARTHA RAMA TEMPLE  

Soon to the shock and astonishment, the British officer saw Sri Rama with dutiful Hanuma and loyal brother Lakshman engaged in keeping guard the tank bund and filling the breaches with their arrows. Petulant officer bowing to the omni compassionate Lord, turned a pious bhakta and built a mini-shrine for Mother Sita in the campus itself in token of his repentance. 

The inscriptions bear ample testimony to this event and they are preserved. Would the genuine bhakti ever go unrequited? Did Sri Rama ever let down any duhkarthi, when genuinely prayed for?
