TRANSPORT

Jolly Grant is the nearest Airport, and it is connecting Delhi and other places by Vayudoot service. The Uttar Pradesh Tourism Department runs several Deluxe buses to the temples of Gangotri Uttarkasi Kedarnath, Badarinath etc. Government Transport plays buses to many visit-worthy holy places in the Himalayas, besides Hill stations like Dehra Dun, Mussori etc.

ACCOMMODATION

There are about dozen famous Dharmasalas with hundreds of rooms providing accommodation to tourists and pilgrims. And lodges too with mod amenities, but visiting public prefers the former only.
