Exhortation
by intellectual luminaries or spiritual celebrities, of course does bring in
reform and turn the erring to the righteous path but the process and result do
take longer periods. For, all the defaulters do not react instantly. Only the
god-fearing, realizing the gravity of offence and fear of heavenly punishment
repent and reform themselves. For their own good. But a great majority, due to
perversity and criminality pooh-poohing the divine wisdom continue to cling to
their adamantine reactionary activities. For such ignoble, there exists the
judiciary to set right the havoc perpetrated on the gullible. Is it perfect or
all--pervasive? Negative bumps out. Hence the woe.
