It was bound by river Goutami on the east,
Gosthani on the west, Vasishta Ganga on the north and Bay of Bengal
on the south. As many as eighteen towns - Eluru, Aachanta,
Ghantasala, Panchalam, Dhanadamu, Palakollu, Sivakodu, Dharmapuri, Dendaluru,
Nagarvatika, Narasapuram, Visakhapattanam, Trigunitapuram, Peeikapuram,
Bhimunipattanam,Veeranarayanapuram, Jagannathapuram and
Kalingapattanamu were created to growing and supplying the daily necessities of the
Penugonda citizens. And there lived in each chief Gotrikas-Kulaswamis who
under the benign administration of Kusuma Sreshti looked ,after all activities, like agriculture, business,
maintenance of law and order
and all that their regions required.
