THE TEMPLE

The grateful Gritasamada soon built a grant temple for Vinayaka and installed the idol called Varada Vinayaka. The archamurti is facing cast, and the trunk leftward. As the Lord is very powerful and infinitely benevolent in fulfilling the desires of the saranarthis, the temple and its God became very popular in a course of few years. He blesses the barren couple with santanaprapti and gives darsan to the ardent and genuine devotees. No wish remains unanswered, and nothing bars the progress of the true devotee, who visits and worships this Lord. Though the. temple is small, and the Kshetra too is located amidst forest, it is attracting huge crowds and is emancipating the adorers in multifarious ways. Magha Utsav is a very famous annual festival that lures lakes of persons, who offer several type of ritualistic worship. It is a gala event on the temple calendar when its glory touches the meridian.

It lies near Pali of Maharastra and accessible by bus.
