Besides,
the uniqueness of the image of Siva sculptured in the fore of the
linga, sitting on the shoulders of a demon with deer in one hand,
water pot in another, gandragoddali on the shoulder, and ears
adorned with big rings and hands with wrist bands causes additional
surprise. This rare representation of Siva shares the characteristic
features of Mongoloid, and such icons with striking male features
and rare. This strange image on the linga bears semblance to the
images of Satavahana period. Scholars and researchers studying this
silpakanda from several angles praised vociferously its many slandered
beauty and mufti-faceted novelty. It is a visit-worthy shrine of
immense spiritual eminence.
