Another
awe-some spectacle that is adorning the pages of history is - Sri
Raghavendra Swamiji's obtaining the Manchala village, the present
pilgrim township enshrining the holy Brindavan from Siddhi Masud
Khan, the then Nawab of present Adoni with a miracle that opened the
eyes of the sceptic and who on realisation turned a new page in
life. The principal actor in this spectacular occurrence is no doubt
Sri Raghavendraswamy. And the other minor character is the Nawab,
who played a role of no mean distinction. And who on realisation
rose to such magnificent height that deserves applause. The time of
action is the sixteenth century when the Acharya was on his
Desaparyatana. And the scene of action is laid in Adoni, the capital
of Nawab.
