There are several festivals celebrated in the temple from time to time. Among them Mahasivaratri
falling in Feb-Mar, Ramalinga Pratishta in June-July Tirukalyanam in July-Aug and Float Festival on
Taipusam night in Jan-Feb are very important and they attract lacks of bhaktas.
Vaikunta Ekadasi and Navaratri are also celebrated with fanfare due.
