DEVOTION - ITS TYPES

You have availed the sight of that various  Virata Purusha, the Omnipotent Saviour revealing  His multifarious forms to extending timely relief to true devotees. Hark ! He has been infinitely merciful to grace His presence and fulfil their choicest desires  to the extent o total nullification of His self,  as exemplified by turning a sentinel at the portal of Bali Chakravarti, when satisfied with his inimitable satwika sakti, though a demon by birth; and at a mere call rushing to the spot of calamity and protecting by suarely punishing the adversaries of His devotees, however mighty they are. Aren't Prahlad's call and Gajendra's dying yell serve the purpose as fool-proof evidences? Infinite are the number of occurrences of His rescuing the devotees swimming against the currents of sea that life is. They it is said, out-number the molecules of hydrogen and oxygen of the waters of all the oceans put together. All that He expects and demands is righteous living tinged with altruism, appearing like a silver lining to the dark clouds of the life of man. And importantly, unconditional absolute faith in His good-will and unqualified total surrender, If offered, the devotees can be as safe as Gajendra, or as carefree as Bali Chakravarthi.
