| They used gold
for ornaments like necklaces, anklets, finger rings, girdles, ear-rings and anklets were
common. Both men and women wore ornaments. They also used ivory and precious stones. The bow, arrow, spear, axes, dagger and mace were their weapons of war. They did not know of armour. The people wore dhoti and shawl, both of cotton and wool. |
