SUNDARAR |

| Sundarar was
now convinced that God wanted him to become His servant. At once he fell at the feet of the Lord and begged pardon for his erstwhile conduct. The Lord forgave him and asked him to sing His praise thereafter. "Lord, how shall I start my song? I am at a loss!" cried Sundarar. The Lord replied: "Start with the same words, O mad man!" and he did. It is a famous hymn today. Thus started saint Sundarar singing the praise of the Lord. |
