EPILOGUE |
|
To
him alone goes the unique distinction of establishing a Kingdom
based on 'Dharma'. To be more specific, he set 'the Wheel of Dharma'
in motion and utilised his Herculean strength and Titanic energy to
make it roll all the world over through the centuries proceeding
towards the eternity. As he identified himself with "the Wheel
of Dharma", he seems moving through the ageless time to remind
the people, to awake, to arise, and to abide by his Law of Piety
with implicity faith, for contentment here below, and bliss there
above.
Being
alive to its spirit and having assimilated its message, Free India
deemed it fit to honour this priceless legacy by declaring it as its
national emblem to represent its unique culture and the divine way
of life. To make the people ever conscious of its ennobling
message and the au of Dharma has been made to it in its centre.
