LORD SRIKANTESWARA OF NANJUNGUD

The momentous feat of swallowing halahalam and the unique demonstration of his peerless concern for lokakalyana took place at a sacred spot now goes by the name of Nanjangud, a supreme mokshapuri and a premier pilgrimage centre of our Punya Bharat, luring lakhs of pious people from time immemorial.
