prove that he was more than a match to that monster
Balarama exhausted anger over which he had full monopoly
It ended, alas! in giant's growing stronger and stronger
To every spark of his anger then emanated, the giant grew
Stronger and taller along with pugnacity increasing in degrees
Beating Balarama black and blue and vanquishing out and out
The giant went away, with face wreathed in smiles at success
Later Balarama woke up Krishna for duty and fell down for rest.
As Krishna assumed charge, the Nectar reappeared
Knowing the secret of the strength, he draws upon
Crafty Krishna stood nonchalant and calm unique
Seeing him advancing, Krishna with hands on hips
Moved in a pose dancing and smiles flashing on and again
What a miracle! the giant shrank at His tranquility
And found divested of all energy till he turned a Lilliput
Krishna then tied him in hanky to prove his abundant wisdom.
