TIRUPATHI - ANNAPURNESWARI AALAYAM

The shrine of Annapurneswari maintained by a Trust with an efficient, aged and god-minded humanist as chief and an up-coming righteous-ebullient young man as its President is making rapid strides in conducting multifarious activities, like special yagnas, occasional pujas on a grand scale with unparalleled pomp and splendour. It is a shrine with a difference. The icon of Mata Annapurneswari is an exact proto type of Mother Annapurneswari at Kasi in posture, features and above all raining boons. On account of the indefatigable efforts of the Trust, particularly the Vice President it was able to collect huge sums for Annadana programme and feeding 80 members everyday. The Trust added another little but excellent shrine for Lord Maheswar adjacent to it last year. In addition there is another small shrine enshrining Kalagnana Veerabhrahma swamy's icon receiving worship with rituals. Jus behind it there is a Meditation Hall gifted by one philanthropic of great name. Ardent sadhakas are visiting and doing meditation with great favour.
