We shall now halt at Sri Rama temple in Tiruvangad. Kerala, a pilgrim centre of great spiritual significance. It is here Sri Rama's miracle averted total destruction to that centuries - old shrine. The characters involved in this were Hindus, Muslims and Englishmen, but the protagonist was the All-pervading omnipotent God Sri Rama, who played His marvellous role of Anadharakshaka and accelerated the bhakti instincts in the saranagathas. He not only extended his succour to the tear-stained sokarthis in the hour of need, but was able to safeguard his abode from the Mlechchas when all-destructive canons were directed against the temple tower. On two occasions, he showed the superior might of his miracle to save the trusted and the temple. Does it require further elaboration for the resurgence of fresh, sure infinite faith in Him and people's visitation in unending streams round the year to offer prayer services of all kinds in token of their gratitude?
