ON AGE AND SIZE

It is clear that everyone has to play his part well in shaping the destiny of his motherland. None could keep aloof, nor could any one plead for exemption from this sacred duty. For, his advancement is bound up with the advancement of his country. If it is prosperous, he prospers. His honour rests on its honour. He owes his existence to it.

As he is born in it, he represents its prestige, culture, and heritage in the comity of nations. There, man in subordinated to the nation. One is identified with his country, rather than his personality-country first, man next.

So it is incumbent that everyone has to add his quota of intellect, strength and wealth to keep aloft his country's flag, symbolizing its unique rich culture and glorious heritage.

Mind You, this is the only single rule that has no exception. Big or small, old or young, high or low, rich or poor, literate or illiterate, theist or atheist--all should work for the glory of the country and honour of its citizens. Collective responsibility fructifies the cherished ideals sooner than conception takes final shape.
