began the Publisher's part. Result: Own publication-Message
Publications emerged. But this time, the printers, knowing that I am
a novice, pressurised me to accept their terms-indirectly rising the
cost of production at least by 30-40% more than the actual one, if
pointed by booksellers. Anyway, passing through the mouth of hell,
as it were, I approached the distributors. They delivered a dath
blow- "If prepared for 40% discount least, send us books at
your cost and we will send the bill amount after sales".
Staggering under the dead weight of debts ran into, to add to the
scanty aid received from T.T.D., I started distributing to the
crafty distributors most unwillingly. Thus turned a distributor,
carrying and displaying my own wares to every one of their brood.
Ironical it is to hear, those blood suckers passing remark--
"The cost is too high, buyers will be scared at the

only 1000 copies, they answered-"if so, supply only 10 copies
each". Cursing the calamity thrust upon I supplied, supplied
and supplied, but neither cheque or DD ever greeted even after a
couple of years.
