8. RAJANARENDRA

He is the son of Vishnu Vardhan, but cast in a different sublime dye. He possessed enviable virtues of head and heart, and made a mark as an adarsa prabhu to his subjects. He displayed tremendous insight and foresight in making amends to the injustice perpetrated on Penugonda feudal lord that brought him undying fame to Chalukya dynasty. 

By - making Virupaksha as the Lord of Penugonda and assuring every honourable unconditional assistance for ever, he won the applause of the whole subjects and endeared hurt self even to the formidable enemies. Though he appears towards the end, his splendor of normal character made the people blink arid join palms at once.
