| Narada further said
that in proper time he would also be present there, i.e. on the Masi Makham, day (Magha
Nakshatra. day in the month of Kumbha, February-March). That day would generally be a
full-moon day. The elephants changed their course of aimless and endless roaming and
directed their steps towards the ordained destination. On
the full-moon day, the elephants reached the spot where Narada was also present as
pre-arranged. On that festive day a large number of pilgrims from far and near assembled
and took their holy bath in the sacred Brahma Danda Teertham. |
