Every effort, mind you, has its own reward, be it big or small, or ill-planned
or well-planned. "Can there be any action without reaction?" The answer is
`No'. Understand, the reaction is equal in all aspects. Nothing goes unaccounted
for. Every struggle brings forth some good or bad, need not be sooner, but later
in some cases. If the effect is bad, it demands a thorough check up for plugging
loop-holes, or rectifying the defects. If good, it requires additional fuel and
further lubrication for quick completion. For, people generally turn slothful,
if the reward in the form of victory comes easily un-toiled for. On no account
one should give up decent trials in the face of teething opposition, or unending
series of failures. For, no labour goes un-rewarded.
'Say not the struggle Nought Availeth', so rises a thundering voice to rouse the
weak slumbering, sluggish, un-groomed, defeat-beaten instincts in all the living
creatures. No toil goes in vain. Every wound caused by the failures will
fittingly and properly be accounted for and will be adequately compensated. Some
times one's hopes may dupe him in not bringing out the desired fruit, as
estimated; he may fail and lose all has invested. Consequently he cuts a sorry
figure and
is compiled to taste an unpalatable dish. Should it mark the end of his
attempts? Foolish? Has he to give up his whole project and sit cross-legged to
curse his fate? Nonsense! Quite disgraceful!! On the other hand he should start
with doubly redoubled energy to shoot down his target without any trace of it
what so ever, if possible. He must cast off the cloak of frustration, the
worthless son of the unworthy father 'fear' and prepare to cross the seas like
Hanuman with unshakable faith in himself and proceed towards the rosy goal.
