EPISODE
The
archamurthi - Bhimeswaraswamy, measuring 15 feet in height, the
sixth in the line of Jyothirlingas is quite impressive - big in size
and grand in appearance. This unique height its special attraction
casts a spell on the visiting devotees at its first sight on
entering the ground floor. This singularity does publish to the
world the height to which he can rise in granting boons to one and
all - innocent or intelligent, young or old, male or female, whether
supplicated in the spirit of just or fact. Bounteous grant is his
chief concern, and he does always. And in every case too. He proved
himself that he is second to none but himself-he is compassion
personified. Here is an instance of his liberally granting generous
boons that registered his passion for Saranagathas. Incidentally it
is proclaiming to the world that he is a living God answering every
call of the genuine bhaktas.
