SRI BALAJI SHRINE 

Just a few furlongs off this, there is a Balaji Shrine in a shed like structure, and behind it a long. flight of well built stone stair for taking the devotees to top. Alas! the devotee who was commanded in dream to build a temple could only procure a beautiful black stone icon of Balaji resembling that of Sri Tirupati Balaji, but would not accomplish his ambition of carrying out the divine command. When he left it due to inadequate funds, some god minded persons are making efforts to build and install the Archamurthi as planned. This archamurthi as said by the archakas,is extremely captivating, the environs pleasant, but income zero - Murti netrananakaram, arisaram ahladakaram and ada am pujyam. Would not heir pathetic, just wails reach that All-pervading Bhagawan? Sure it will. And soon it gets equated with great kshetras. A visit-worthy place.
