Next comes the Prabhat An aneyaswamy Alayam. It has many names like Chettukindia Anjaneya devalayam, Mondi Anianeyadevalayam etc. Its origin and existence too are awe-inspiring too. The present icon was but an unhewn stone, lying under a neem tree, but it had an interesting tale. Tough inanimate, it started growing along with the animate neem tree gradually. Though it is ex posed to elements, and was growing mysteriously without either top or door, it drew public attention. People prayed to it with ardent devotion. This Hanuman having a passion for sincere arthis blessed them munificently. The beneficiaries are now makirnj efforts to build a decent abode for this compassionate Hanuman, who is gratified with mere circumambulator than elaborate abhishekas and alankaras. With mere Pradakshanas he showers boons.lt is rumoured that a cobra from the nearby ant-hill is seen making Pradakshana ritual often. He is a powerful deity attracting thousands due to fulfilling of the desires of many types.
