TRISAKTIPEETHAM

Yet, there is another Alayam that greets the visiting pilgrims and tourists, soon after alighting at the APSRTC Bus Station, going by the name of Trisaktipeetham situated in the Bhaskararao Pet of Vijayawada. And it is a modern temple with . a popularity unique, and religious significance of high order. The Archamurthi of this  holy temple combines in herself. Sri Mahakali, Mahaiakshmi and Mahasaraswathi and hence the name of the temple Trisakti Alayam. There are well-built separate niches for Sri Mahalakshmi and Sri Mahasaraswati, and are worshipped with equal fervour, along with Mahakali. It has a chequered  career that surprises the listeners, and lures them for instant worship.
