Down
below the hill, there are many temples like Rajyalakshmi Alayam,
Bramaramba Malleswaralayam, Lakshmi Satyanarayana Alayam,
Venkateswaraswamy Alayam etc. Each is famous for certain divine
flavour and is luring pilgrims in large numbers throughout the year.
Of the many, the Rajyalakshmi Alayam is the most visit - worthy. It
has an eleven-storeyed tower built by Raja Sri Vasireddi
Venkataswamy Naidu a famous king who ruled this region, and it is
153 in height, the tallest in Andhra Pradesh. The archamurthi is
adorned with a rare neck chin, containing 108 salagrams. The temple
contains many treasures, like the wooden car on which exquisite
carvings, depicting the epic stories are masterly portraged.
It
relieves the adorers from all worries and cares with a mere single
visit,
as evidenced by Sri Rama's visit to this kshetra at the instance of
Maharishis, when confronted with problems that robbed him of his
peace. Visit for profit and adore him for instant peace.
