It relates to air, to the circulatory system, the individualized soul and the emotion of love. 5. Vishuddha chakra, the throat center, literally the very pure. It relates to ether, the respiratory system, the higher intelligence and the power of communication. 6. Ajna chakra, the third eye, literally the center of command. It relates to the mind generally and to the individual Self, to the power of inner perception. 7. Sahasrapadma chakra, the head center, literally the thousand petalled lotus. It relates to the universal Self or Divine reality and to the power of consciousness itself.
