astral plane until we come to the causal plane. Our consciousness enters into the soul and therein
rests and gathers the materials for a new incarnation. Less evolved souls may just experience a prolonged deep sleep between
incarnations. Very advanced souls may enter into a deep meditative trance (the level of
the causal world) and may reincarnate quickly.
Souls of intermediate development may
spend much time on the different levels of the astral planes to assimilate their life experience.
Causal experience is of a deep formless meditative nature. Through it
we extract the essence of our experience and understand the laws of life from a position
transcending time.
