THE EMERGENCE OF TEMPLE

The holy Brindavan till recently was housed in a shed like structure with zinc sheet for ceiling, and the place too was quite unimpressive, commanding few amenities. It was made into a beautiful mandir with all paraphernalia by a beneficiary of Swamiji's grace. It runs- One Mallappa Scindhe, a wealthy merchant living in Raichur was suffering from stomach pain. Tried however much, it became incurable. Foreign returned doctors and eminent physicians expressed their inability at curing it. When all kinds of tests and medicines failed, he gave up hope of living longer- he was counting days. Then entered into his life a close friend, and a great devotee of Sri Raghavendra Swami, who advised him to take refuge at the holy feet of Swamiji. And gave him a photo of Swamiji for worship. The hope-lost Scindhe implemented the advice tendered. Belief gives relief and emancipates. Appearing in dream, Swamiji advised his worshipper to go to Bombay for operation forthwith. When went, the very same doctors who sent him home saying it incurable sometime back agreed. In the operation theatre to the surprise of the Chief Surgeon, one stranger entered in saffron robes timely and successfully completed it. Scindhe was saved. That is Swamiji's infinite compassion! To the overjoyed Scindhe, Swamiji appeared again in dream and asked him to build the scantum afresh removing the zinc sheets. The grateful Scindhe spending lacks renovated, rather built a modest temple afresh. Likewise, many miracles are being occurred, and are reported with unusual devotional fervour. Swamiji secured a grand temple for the benefit of worshippers.
