MANNISM AND ITS ACCOMPLICES

Alas! there enters then Greed" the dreadful manifestations of 'MANNISM' to inaugurating a reign of disaster and annihilation. A little probe for the knowledge of these wicked, invisible, malifie creatures is indispensable for further progress. 'Egotism - selfishness, the first one is the obnoxious child of "DESIRE" in its rotten state. Desire, of course, when nurtured, trained and moulded by virtue becomes angelic and rains 'manna'.

It paves way for the progress of one's own interest first and that of society next; but when once it out steps and grows to gigantic size, it falls into the hands of demon ambition. Then its nature - inner and outer undergoes such an alteration that it brings in calamities numerous and result ominous; for, it becomes a pampered child of diabolical force of Satan, the incarnation of wickedness producing unending hardships. Has not Buddha, the Light of Asia proclaimed - Desire is the root cause of suffering?.' Even saint-seers and pundits of Ethics labeled it as the deadliest enemy of mankind to be nullified by stangulation at the very opening of its eyes upon the world. Doctors Morality of every brand detested it and advised the perverted to eschew or if possible consign it fire-pit.
